Each registered Author is allowed to present only one paper.
Three steps registration procedure:

Abstracts must be written in English. Abstracts are maximum 400 words, including: not more than one Figure or Table, numbered style references after the text.
A short summary of not more than 50 words should be included before the abstract (see template). This is to be printed in the program book distributed to delegates.
Abstracts and short summary must not exceed one page in total (see template).

Presenters Info
Plenary and Invited speakers
Plenary speaker has 50 min minutes totally. 40 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for questions.
Invited speaker has 30 min minutes totally. 25 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for questions.
Normal oral presentations
-Each presenter has 20 minutes totally. 15 minutes for the presentation, 4 minutes for questions and 1 min for transition to the next presenter.
-A warning will be given when 5 and again 3 minutes left. When the 20 minutes have gone, the presentation will be terminated.
Before the presentation
-The presentation must be saved as PPTX or PDF.
-Name your presentation as 'session ID_Surname presenter'.
-Bring your presentation on a USB pen drive. Use of your own computer will not be possible.
-Upload your presentation to the session room computer, well before the session starts (during coffee or lunch breaks).
-Present yourself to your session chairman well before the session starts.
Technical informations
-The rooms are equipped with a computer and a projector.
-The computers are equipped with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
-Presentations created by other systems must be converted and checked before the conference for compatibility issues.
-The computers in the rooms have a remote control for moving the slides and a laser pointer.
